At startsmartly.co, we offer only digital products. This means purchases are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned. By purchasing through our Platform, you agree to the following return, refund, and dispute terms.

1. Digital Product Sales

  • All items sold on the Platform are non-tangible digital goods delivered via download or access link.
  • Because digital products cannot be returned, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Defective Product: The file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be accessed as described.
  • Non-Delivery: Technical issues prevent product delivery after confirmed payment.
  • Misrepresentation: The product does not match the description or promotional details provided by the seller.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incompatibility with your software, device, or system (unless the seller misrepresented compatibility).
  • Failure to download or use the product due to customer error.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Customers must submit refund requests to contact@startsmartly.co within 14 days of purchase.
  • The request must include proof of purchase, details of the issue, and (where possible) screenshots or error messages.
  • We may first direct you to the seller for resolution, but we reserve the right to intervene directly if necessary.

4. Disputes

  • If a customer and seller cannot resolve a refund request, startsmartly.co may act as a neutral mediator.
  • Disputes will be reviewed based on platform records, communication, and product details.
  • Our decision in resolving disputes is final and may include refund approval, partial refund, or denial.

5. Chargebacks

  • Customers are encouraged to resolve issues through our refund process rather than filing chargebacks with their card issuer.
  • Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of a customer’s account.
  • Sellers are responsible for providing evidence of product delivery in case of disputes.

6. Refund Method & Timing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
  • Processing times vary depending on the payment provider but usually take 5–10 business days.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. Updates take effect upon posting.
